Answers in letters about family on my genealogical-historical questions
Marie P. from M. wrote me 5.1.1999 /daughter of Josef Chour, brother of Marie Chour married Halamka/Halamek originaly/
my father is Josef Chour born 13.10.1907 in Chlumetin, his father Alois Chour was born in Svratouch 207, in birth cerificate he has written, that he was familiant from Chlumetin 81 and grandfather was Frantisek Chour, podruh in Svratouch 13. My father thinks that his grandfather stayed here after war as soldier. He took care about barter shopping. Father saw grandfather very little, rarely he slept at them on dry grass, when he travelled with things, which he changed for others. Other way they did not meet with him and father almost does not remember him and grandmother he did not know.
17.1.2000:
Grandmother wqas born Fajmon /on internet is Fajmon of Oldris, some noble family, also Fajmon, of, see www.familysearch.org /
She netted gardinen and clothes on table and gave to some woman to embroider. She had good memory and memoried all grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and greatgreatgrandchildren. /Eva, I: I saw her when I was 5 and was work with dry grass./
Mr. J. Chour - we do not know how related 1.12.1999:
Most I was surprised by your theory about origin of family Chour. The same history I heard from my grandmother Frantiska Chour /Eva: I suppose he was related./ And now attention. Before several years I as storageman get to Decin. In one firm I met with same name person. At nearer dialog he said, that he came after World War II. to Czech from Jugoslavia. His ancestors moved there before. He said that at them tradition is that their ancestor was French soldier, who came to Czech. He was here stricken and stayed in Czech. Birthplace of his ancestors Mr. Chour from Decin said is Svratecko. /So Svratouch, Svratka/.
Chour from Prague: That theory about French soldier I somehow not verrified heard.
I found information from letter of D. b. Halamkova, sister of my grandmother, daughter of Marie Chourova married Halamkova 24.1.2000:
And now to your letter. Grandmother Anna Fajmonova had blue eyes and brown hairs and my mother also. From family from which she came they have till today in Chlumetin farm. Aunt Amalie is most young daughter. Till now lives, but when man something asks her, she cannot answer. Grandmother gave the house just to aunt Amalia and lived at her until she died. She was very clever, till last days of life she hard worked, daily read without glasses and netted. Aunt Amalie married for Bohuslav Tobias from Kobyli, she had with him 5 girls and 1 boy, which died young.
Burned solitude between Filipov and Chlumetin was called Zadusne, I do not know why, but something I think, that Zdenka said, that it was burned and it was our relatives, but from which side I do not know.
Family Halamkova had always beautiful wavy hairs, only father had from family eyes blue and grandmother said that when he went with him, wo they travelled to Krizanky and there they had girl with beautiful blue eyes and that she saw and so father was born with blue eyes.
Josef Chour is in Mimon and it is brother of mother, he still lives and only he and aunt Amalie. He could something know. His sons: Vladimir lives in Prague, Pavel and Maruska in Mimon. Grandfather Alois Chour had also brother Frantisek /Frantik/ and he was taylor and lived in Prague, but I do not know, I have feel, that they did not have children.

Grandfather M. Bartos: Frantisek Chour travelled, often travelled to Vienna. About that templars I hear, but I did not give attention to it. Josef Chour was art wood boxes maker. /when someone dies it is here word truhla, or box for things is also truhlica/
